Shipping policy

At Kingvedaa, we work with carefully selected and reputed logistics partners to ensure your Ayurvedic products reach you in perfect condition and without damage. All our packaging materials are sourced from trusted vendors and undergo strict quality testing to ensure durability and safety during transit.

Note: A shipping fee of ₹199 will apply on all orders below ₹699. Orders above ₹699 qualify for free standard delivery.

1. How Our Delivery Process Works

Once you place an order through our website, our fulfillment team performs a detailed inspection of each product to confirm it meets our quality standards.
After passing the final quality check, your order is securely packed and handed over to one of our authorized logistics partners for dispatch.

Our logistics partners will make every effort to deliver your order at the earliest possible time.
If they are unable to reach you at your shipping address or at the preferred time, they will attempt to contact you directly to reschedule delivery.

Please note that all items (including any free gifts or promotional items) will be delivered to the shipping address provided by you during checkout, along with a valid invoice.
While we strive to ship all items from the same order together, in some cases products may be shipped separately depending on availability or warehouse location.

2. Product Packaging Standards

Each product is packaged carefully to avoid damage during transportation. Fragile items, such as glass bottles, are secured with multiple layers of protective bubble wrap and placed in sturdy corrugated boxes for additional safety.

Once the packaging process is complete, the parcels are transferred to our logistics partner for safe and timely delivery.
Kingvedaa accepts full responsibility for any transit-related damage to products before they are successfully delivered to you.

3. Delivery Locations Across India

We deliver to almost all serviceable pin codes across India through our network of reliable courier partners.
Service coverage may vary from time to time based on our logistics providers’ operational regions.

To check if your area is serviceable, you can enter your PIN code on any product page or during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, courier partner name, and tracking link.
You can also monitor your shipment status through the “My Account” → “Your Orders” section on our website.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch from our warehouse.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Dispatch generally occurs within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery time varies by location and usually ranges between 2 to 7 business days within India.

While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays may occasionally cause a slight delay.
In such rare situations, Kingvedaa will make every reasonable effort to ensure quick resolution, though we cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

Note: Due to changing operational or safety conditions, Kingvedaa reserves the right to temporarily pause deliveries if required.

6. Delivery Timing

Before delivery, our courier partner will attempt to contact you via phone.
If delivery fails after three consecutive attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
You can always contact our customer support to request a redelivery, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on the product type, packaging weight, or delivery location.
Applicable charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Kingvedaa does not levy any hidden or additional delivery charges beyond what is shown in your invoice at the time of purchase.

8. Delivery Attempts & Redelivery

If no one is available at your address during delivery, our logistic partner will attempt delivery up to three times.
You may contact our customer support to reschedule the delivery at a convenient time.
If all three attempts fail, the order will be automatically returned to our facility.

9. Policy Updates

We review and update our Shipping & Delivery Policy periodically to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
Customers are encouraged to review this policy regularly to stay informed about updates.
